Return Policy
All orders are considered final and non-refundable. However, in the event that an incorrect item has been shipped to you, we offer an exchange option. Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. If you need to initiate an exchange/return, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Any claims made after this timeframe will not be honored.
Exchange Policy
Please note that we do not have an exchange policy based on customer preferences or dislikes, as all our outfits are made-to-order specifically for each customer. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for reasons related to personal preference.
Refund Policy
All sales are considered final, and we do not offer monetary refunds. However, we do allow exchanges for products of equal or higher value.
Please note that formals or bridal items that have not been paid for are not eligible for a refund. Customers are given a notice period of 7 days to make the payment. No refund of the advance payment will be provided in such cases.
